New employees can access the Employee Portal from their applicant account in MyTrack after their formal offer letter/notice of appointment has been accepted. The image below represents the view of the portal when a new employee logs in, but the task list to the right will vary depending upon the type of hire and any unit level adjustments made. The portal is intended to provide a warm welcome and useful information to new hires before they arrive on campus.
