Open enrollment is the annual period when PEBB-eligible faculty, classified staff, and OAs can review, select, and change your medical, dental, vision, and other benefits for the coming year. Find open enrollment help.
Providence medical plans will not be offered in 2027. This will affect about 75% of the UO's PEBB-eligible employees, who will need to select a Moda or Kaiser Permanente plan during open enrollment this October. Current Moda and Kaiser members also need to take action during open enrollment.
Search Moda's provider network. Click the "Find Care tool" link, then search the "Connexus" network.
Open enrollment for 2027 benefits will take place October 1 through 31, 2026.
Open enrollment is mandatory for PEBB-eligible faculty, classified staff, and OAs.
If you do not complete open enrollment this year, you will not have medical coverage in 2027.
This is a change from past years.
The Public Employees' Benefit Board open enrollment is:
- Mandatory for benefits-eligible faculty, classified staff, and officers of administration.
- The one time each year when you can make changes to your benefits without a qualifying life event like marriage, divorce, or a new baby.
