The University of Oregon and United Academics have been meeting regularly since February to negotiate the terms of a successor faculty collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The parties have exchanged proposals for salary increases, which is a topic of keen interest to all. Proposals and Tentative Agreements
The bargaining teams have entered mediation in their efforts to reach a tentative agreement on a successor contract. Through mediation, the parties will explore ideas and present proposals, both binding and non-binding, in negotiations facilitated by a state-appointed mediator.
Below is a list of the United Academics collective bargaining agreement articles that are open for negotiation and have been presented so far during the 2024 bargaining cycle. This list will be updated with the current proposals and tentative agreements after each bargaining session.
