2024-2026 OA Salary Increase Package
The University of Oregon will implement a three-year salary increase package for eligible officers of administration. Increases will be effective October 1 of each listed year.
- 2024: 4 percent across-the-board increase.
- 2025: 3 percent salary pool for merit-based increases.
- 2026: 3 percent salary pool for merit-based increases.
October 1, 2024 across-the-board increases
Eligibility criteria

Process
In early October, HR Operations will provide unit leaders with a list of their OA positions and their eligibility for the across-the-board increase, and ask for confirmation. HR Operations and Payroll will apply the increases to all eligible OA positions effective October 1; increases will be included in the October 31 payroll.
On or about October 16, deans and vice presidents will receive a final list of positions confirmed to be receiving the increase. Use that final list to notify OAs of their increases by October 28.

Performance evaluation guidance
Although the October 2024 increase is across the board and not merit based, please remember that effective performance appraisals this year are still essential and will set units up for strong justification for merit increase decisions in subsequent years.
