Work-Life Resources for UO Employees
This self-guided module provides an overview of programs that support work-life balance for University of Oregon employees. You will learn about resources for families and caregivers, wellness programs for employees, services offered by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and protected leave and flexible work arrangements. Finally, you will review expectations for supervisors in providing support and flexibility to employees who are navigating responsibilities outside of work. This course is intended for all University of Oregon employees, including new employees and supervisors.
