The GTD Approach

Many people feel overwhelmed not because they have too much to do, but because they lack a reliable system for managing competing priorities and commitments. Getting Things Done (GTD) provides a practical framework for capturing, organizing, and engaging with work in a way that frees up mental space and reduces stress. Through the CORE System, participants learn how to:

  • Capture commitments, tasks, and information in a trusted system.
  • Clarify priorities and next actions.
  • Organize work in a way that supports focus and follow-through.
  • Regularly review commitments to maintain control and perspective.
  • Make intentional choices about where to direct attention and energy.

Participants often find that GTD helps them feel less overwhelmed, more focused, and better able to engage with meaningful work without the constant pressure of trying to keep everything in their heads.
