The bargaining teams have entered mediation in their efforts to reach a tentative agreement on an initial collective bargaining agreement. Through mediation, the parties will explore ideas and present proposals, both binding and non-binding, in negotiations facilitated by a state-appointed mediator. To ensure accuracy at this stage of the process, copies of proposals will not be published as terms can change quickly.
